数据删除 Delete Data

记录默认只保存在本机。你可以在 App 内清空记录;或者直接卸载 App,所有本地数据将随之删除。

Records are stored on-device by default. You can delete records inside the app, or uninstall the app to remove local data.

常见问题(FAQ) FAQ

  • 相机拍不了 / 黑屏:检查系统「设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 相机」是否允许;Android 需要授予相机权限。 Camera not working / black screen: check OS permissions for Camera; on Android, grant camera permission.
  • 地点不显示:检查定位权限是否允许“使用期间”;室内/地库定位可能偏差较大,属于系统能力限制。 Location missing: allow “While Using” location permission; indoor accuracy depends on the OS.
  • 通知/推送不生效:先确认系统通知权限开启;另外 Expo Go 对某些通知能力有限,建议用开发构建(Dev Build)或内测包验证。 Notifications not working: ensure notification permission is enabled. Expo Go has limitations; use a Dev Build or a preview build to verify.
  • 应用锁弹窗反复出现:请升级到最新版本;若仍复现,请发邮件并附上录屏。 App Lock prompt repeats: update to the latest version. If it persists, contact support with a screen recording.
  • 分享到微信提示“不支持分享功能”:微信对系统分享兼容性较挑剔。App 会生成一张分享海报图片再分享,兼容性更好。 WeChat says “sharing not supported”: WeChat can be picky with system share sheets. The app shares a generated poster image for better compatibility.
